Who has access to XR BCN's account

It is intended to be used as a main contact account for XR Barcelona. Thus used by the Communication Commission and all External Coordinators in each commission.

If you need access to the account, please contact IT or Comms External Coordinator.

How to use it

As being used by many rebels, it is important that you identify yourself at the signature of each mail written. It will be more personal, human too 💚.

Please add your personal Protonmail account in copy (CC) always to assure you receive a notification.

Mails that don't belong to you (or your commission) must be left unread. So other rebels won't miss them.

Keep it clean: organise your emails and move them to your folder.

Keep it safe: as any other mail account, be aware of phishing and don't share your personal information. Avoid opening a link or email if you don't know the sender.
